» Do you have a lift or elevator??
No, we are on the third floor but we regret that because it is a historical building we are not allowed to add a lift or elevator.

Yes of course, each room is served by its own private bathroom with bath or shower plus a hairdryer.

» What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made without charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. In the case of a no-show the guest house reserves the right to charge the first night of the reservation.

You will not be charged at the time of reserving your room. Credit card details are requested as a means of holding your reservation. The total price is paid during your sojourn at the Residence AT Rome.

No, but there are many bars, restaurants and cafes outside the guest house as the accommodation is in the centre of Rome.
» Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, a rich continental breakfast is served in-room.
» Does the residence have garage facilities?
Yes, at an additional price of 30 Euros per night.
» Are there public transport services nearby?
Yes, there is a metro stop at Piazza Barberini. The metro line A passes by here and Piazza Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Repubblica, San Giovanni and Stazione Termini, where you can change on to line B.
